Agreement to Our Legal Terms

These legal terms are a binding agreement between you and PLATTER HUB INC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of PlatterHub Connect, PlatterHub.ai, and related products and services.

By accessing the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.

Our Services

PlatterHub.ai helps users create, edit, review, publish, and schedule content across connected social media channels. The services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

The services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the services.

User Registration and Connected Accounts

You may be required to register with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and for all activity under your account.

When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party account, you represent that you have the authority to grant us access. We may access, store, and use connected account data only as needed to provide account linking, content display, media upload, post publishing, scheduling, and analytics features.

Intellectual Property and User Content

We own or license the services, including software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and related content. You may access the services for personal, non-commercial use or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

You are responsible for content you upload or publish through the services. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and releases needed to use and publish it, and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the services, including by scraping data without permission, bypassing security, impersonating others, uploading harmful code, harassing others, violating platform rules, posting unlawful or misleading content, or using the services for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

Third-Party Services

The services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platform availability, platform policy changes, or third-party content. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

Privacy, Data, and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, and delete data. By using the services, you agree to the Privacy Policy. You may request account or data deletion by emailing support@platterhub.ai.

Disclaimers and Liability

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or results from social media publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability as described in the full legal terms.
