Data Deletion Policy

Overview

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of personal data collected by PLATTER HUB INC through PlatterHub Connect, PlatterHub.ai, and related services.

This policy covers account data, email login data, connected Facebook and Instagram data, uploaded media links, captions, schedules, post history, and other information used to operate the dashboard.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@platterhub.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address used for your PlatterHub Connect account and, if relevant, the Facebook page or Instagram business account connected to the service.

We will review the request, verify that you are authorized to make it, and delete or anonymize eligible data from active databases within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Facebook Data Deletion

If you registered or connected through Facebook, you can remove PlatterHub access directly from Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook profile settings.
2. Open Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
3. Select Apps and Websites.
4. Search for PlatterHub.
5. Click Remove to disconnect the app.

You may also email us at support@platterhub.ai to request deletion of data associated with your Facebook connection.

What We Delete

Where applicable, we delete or anonymize account identifiers, email login records, connected social account records, page/account names, access tokens, uploaded media references, captions, scheduled post records, post history cached by our service, and support data tied to the request.

We may retain limited records where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or enforcement of our legal terms.

After Deletion

Deleting connected data may disable dashboard access, publishing, scheduling, recent-post views, and analytics for the affected social channels. You can reconnect later by signing in and completing the platform authorization flow again.
